Job Description:

Attends pre-bid meetings for new projectsAttends site inspections to verify actual site condition and measurements that will be considered in AC design and installation costReview bid documents to consider required technical specificationsCoordinates with Sales-in-charge, Architect, Consultants, and Project Managers for possible queriesChecks equipment selection done by Design and Estimate Engineers based on project requirements and design conditionReviews approved AC Installation cost estimated by Design and Estimate Engineer considering scope of works required by client and other factors to considerUpdates formulas and material price for Bill of Materials template used by Design and Estimate Engineers

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering, with licenseWith background in Auto-CAD is an advantageWith experience in the Design/Estimation of AC/R SystemMust be computer literate and has a good working knowledge on various PC-based softwareMust have excellent communication skills and can converse fluently in both English and Filipino languagesCapable of training and teaching people
