1. Assists the Engineering Section Manager in setting objectives, strategy and long term maintenance planning.
2. Implement the Preventive Maintenance Program including Corrective Maintenance scheduled activities of the following. equipment and system;
a. Emergency Power System including engine generator set and its auxiliaries.
b. HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air-conditioning) System including Chillers, Compressors, Air-Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Dust Collector, Dehumidifiers, Cooling Towers, Pumps & Exhaust Blowers.
c. Steam generation system including boilers water heaters and its auxiliaries.
d. Raw Water and Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) System.
e. Purified Water System
f. Compressed Air/Drying System
g. Vacuum System
h. Fire Protection System
i. Production Process Equipment
3. Ensures that all equipment system and auxiliaries are properly maintained, checks condition of the equipment. Records all abnormalities and informs Engineering Section Manager accordingly.
4. Conducts inspection at regular intervals and checks the condition of the buildings. Records all abnormalities found and informs Engineering Section Manager accordingly.
5. Implements emergency repair works and standing orders in order to minimize equipment downtime.
6. Provides records of daily work activities undertaken and update records of equipment, spare parts and materials consumed after maintenance schedule.
7. Perform as immediate reliever from time to time for any Utility Tender (Utilities, Purified Water Plant And WWTP) that goes on scheduled, unexpected/unforeseen leaves.
8. Performs start-up operations.
9. Oversees work of contractors during nightshift, Sundays and holidays. Enforces safety and security procedures.
10. Receive materials deliveries during nightshift, Sundays and holidays.
11. Monitors in-process ovens, auto claves and other pieces of equipment during Sundays and holidays.
12. Performs other assignments which may be required from time to time.
