Maintenance Supervisor (DVO)

Summary: Responsible for effectiveness of the maintenance system in relation to productivity.Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee the maintenance and repair work on electrical and mechanical equipment and facility of the plant.Immediate response to maintenance job requested by production operation group and other departments.Attend to the repair/maintenance of equipment and plant facility during emergency.Attend to and oversee maintenance and repair of rotary equipment, high pressure equipment and electrical equipment.Coordinate with Production Department (Blowin3/injection) all mechanical and electrical repair and activities in the plant processes/facilities.Ensure all maintenance and electrical repair and other engineering works done by in-house and outside contractors are in accordance with IVPPC standard.Coordinate and assist maintenance contractor (usually maker) in the maintenance and repair of special equipment,Conduct weekly meeting to discuss safety and other matters related to the maintenance department activities and objectives.Update records such as drawings, master file (equipment) and maintenance records (history).To establish/implement/comply to GMP, HACCP, & FSSC policies & SOPs.To establish/implement/comply to Waste Management (Solid & Hazardous) policies & SOPs.To establish/implement/comply to OSHAS policies & SOPs.To establish/implement/comply to Energy Management policies & SOPs.To establish/implement/comply to regulatory & statutory regulations with regards to business,labor code, PNP, PDEA, IATF against COVID, FDA, and other stakeholders.Perform other related task as necessity may require.Qualifications:Graduated of BS in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation EngineeringWith know how in machine troubleshooting, repairing, spare management, preventive maintenance and analysis.Willing to work in Darong, Davao Del Sur
