Operates, monitors and services facilities common area equipment.Records all operations parameters.Maintains equipment records / history.Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of tools and work area.Implements routine maintenance works.Undertakes and/or assists in equipment servicing works.Performs other duties which will be required by the Immediate Superior from time to time.₱ 16000-16800 PHP / Monthly
QUALIFICATIONS:
Willing to be assigned in Makati or OrtigasCandidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Others or equivalent.With at least 2 year experience in civil related works (Carpentry/ Painting/ Masonry/ Plumbing and Electrical).With background in banking facilities, call centers, data centers, residential condominium & commercial / office properties.
