Job Description
Responsible in the validation of all deposits made and identify nature of those deposits for proper recording Prepare and communicate all previous day banking activity.Assist and support the department in physical cash counting activities.Check, inspect and verify daily cash transactions.Inspect, investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash transactions.document all cash transaction activities.Check, verify and reconcile bank deposits and bank payments.Respond and resolve customer problems, grievances and issues.Maintain and manage all financial records, registers, logs, and spreadsheets.In charge with preparation of check vouchersResponsible for releasing payments for various suppliersMinimum Qualifications
Preferably a graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Management, Accounting Technology, and Financial ManagementAt least 1-2 years related work experience is an advantagevalues integrity and accuracyStrong analytical skillsGood communication and presentation skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsFresh graduates are welcome
