Job Summary:
The Surveyor is responsible in ensuring the proper alignment and elevation of civil, structural and architectural finishes. He/ She conducts verification of location and topographic survey of the project site and keeps as- built survey of the project updated and well documented.
Job Description:
Checks plans, drawings and quantities; for accuracy of calculations. Analyzes survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other topographical or geological data to plan projects. Directs and participates in surveying to layout installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction. Prepares and present public reports, such as bid proposals, deeds environmental impact statements, and property and right of way descriptions. Tests soil and materials to determine adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel. Maintains the condition and adjustment of surveying equipment.Job Requirements:
Graduate of a Bachelor’s/ College degree in Geodetic Engineering; licensed Engineer. At least two (2) years of work experience in the same field. Has knowledge in Project Management. Knowledgeable in handling surveying instruments and estimating quantities and cost of materials to determine project feasibility. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office operations (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Willing to be assigned in project sites.Employment Status: Project Hire
