Responsibilities
• Identify market potential by qualifying accounts
• Identify emerging markets which the company can expand to
• Expand revenues from existing accounts
• Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements
• PREPARATION OF BID PROPOSALS
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
• Establish, improve and manage customer relationships and creates sales leads
• Supervise revision of pre-qualification documents, marketing collaterals and similar documents on prospective projects
• Monitor and work closely with concerned organizations to track status of cost estimates, proposals and contracts for timely submission to clients
• Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
• Market the company’s products and services, and if needed, research, survey, analyze customer feedback for product development
• evaluate and review documents and records required in Quality Management System
