As a Building Mechanical Engineer, your duties and responsibilities are:Ensures all store facilities and equipments of the building are in good working conditions at all times.Implements standard maintenance program, with the emphasis on planning/schedule and preventive/predictive maintenance.Communicates with supervisory to discuss and resolve matters related to maintenance safetyPerforms other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.Job Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ Degree in Mechanical EngineeringLicensed Mechanical Engineerwith at least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this positionWilling to work or to be assigned in SJDM Bulacan or Malolos Bulacan.
