ROW/Permit Coordinator - Tanauan, Batangas

The Row/ Permit Coordinator works to process different permits requirements in the project and compliance of policies, procedures and policies are strictly followed. 

Job Description: 

Assist in coordinating and submission of permits application and plans between Clients and all Division of the government agencies such as MMDA, DPWH, LGU, Barangay, Municipality & City, DENR,Traffic, etc. Assist in on taking projects from conception to completion. Assist in performing area research for any permit requirements. Conducts compliance, ethics review and risk assessment. Act as Liaison Officer with Local/ National government agencies. Assist with preparation of letters, transmittal and any other documents for permitting. Coordinates and tracks reviews and update of project compliance policies, procedures, and instructions. Ensures that risk areas are identified and monitored using formal and informal assessments. Issues guidance and clarification of ethics and compliance policies to employees. Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards/ regulations. Supports and implements Environmental Management System with respect to their job. Adheres to policies/ procedures, Employee Code of Ethics and Conducts, and Corporate Governance. Protects intellectual property, company propriety and confidential information. 

Job Requirements: 

Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related course. At least two (2) years work experience in the same field. With good strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Knowledgeable in different permits process and procedures. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office operations (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). 

Employment Status: Project Hire 

Work Location: Tanauan Batangas

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays (7am – 4pm) 

Work Set-up: On Site
