Recruitment

Entertains, screens and process applicants. Administers test, check answers and identify qualified applicants for interview of department heads and Director.Coordinates with concerned departments regarding manpower requirement.Discuss some rules of the company and introduces new hired employee to all.

 SSS, PHIC , Pag-ibig and other government mandated benefitsEnsures timely processing of monthly remittances of SSS, PHIC and Pag-ibig thru online uploading in Digibanker.Liaises with government and private agencies for loan applications of employees. Monitoring and reporting of sickness and maternity benefits.Reconciles if with problems in employees’ records and loans. Updating of records of employees.Reporting of new and resigned employees.Prepares requirements for hospital confinements of some employees.

Records and Timekeeping

Maintains proper filing of all HR related documents, memo files, 201 files, company contracts, etc.Compiles and updates employee record (soft and hard copies).Encoding of Daily Time Record for payroll purposes. Monitors employees’ attendance, leave and tardiness.Preparing contract for new employees, freelance, probationary and newly regularized employees.Makes announcement to employees for new and existing rules of the company.Prepares certificate of employment of active and resigned employees.

Employee Relations

Ensures effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed (e.g processing of personnel action forms, including new hires, transfer, promotions, termination).Participation in the implementation of company policies and new regulations.Makes memorandum for employees who committed/violated company rules and regulations.Assist in conducting due process procedures as needed. Assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.

Others

One of the organizers of company outing, anniversary, birthday celebration and Christmas Party.Set meetings as required by immediate superiors.Handled complaints of employees.Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time by immediate superior.
