As a people leader running a large RDD function, our Head of Graphics & Packaging plays a key role in the RDD leadership community, encouraging collaboration between functions and leading with a Dyson mindset. This requires our Head of G&P to hold broad competencies including technical, managerial, commercial and behavioural.
Key competency areas include:
Product development methodology, including the development of artwork, print and packaging.Core design and engineering processes e.g. Requirements Management, Engineering Change Management, Risk & Issue Management.Programme and project management.Product lifecycle and content management tools, such as Teamcentre and Censhare.Coaching, mentoring and developing people.Managing performance and managing conflict.Executing and implementing organisation and process change.Managing operating expenses and maximising business impact.
