NPI ENGINEER (ISO TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for process/product yield and functionality performancesResponsible for all related process work instructions, line control documentations as well as trainers/DLs job certificationInterface with customer to complete evaluation requirements, qualify new product and new project transferLiaise with operation group to ensure correct workflow, correct materials usage & etc.Daily engineering activities (e.g. yield, SPC)Handle all process design & experiments for relevant engineering changesLiaise with customer on engineering mattersAssist and coordinate project transfer where neededEnsure that all activities to be introduce or carry out by good-self and subordinates compliance to legal requirements and company objectives with respect to environment requirements

Applicants with no work experience are welcome to apply.Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Chemical); Engineering(Electrical/Electronic); Engineering(Industrial); Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.Possess leadership skill to coach and guide subordinatesPossess a reasonable working knowledge in the related practices in the industryHave good interpersonal skills, communication skills, and able to work with othersKnowledge in FMEA, MSA, DOE, SPCKnowledge in Error Proofing (OFE) ConceptKey Failure mode study and root cause analysisMachine Related Low Yield StudyKnowledge in Calibration StudyMachine Related production defect studyFamiliar with semiconductor equipment and parts (Front End or Back End Process)Familiar with semiconductor processes and monitoring (Front End or Back End)Machine (or Toolset) setup & BuyoffExperiences in assembly/test of semiconductor packaging in LEDs, sensors, MEMsExperiences in leading and coordinating new project start upExperiences in applying statistic analysis tools like JMP, MinitabWell verse with MSA/SPC/8D reportKnowledge in MS Powerpoint, MS Word & MS Excel
