Willing to do field work / Site visitLicensed or not is welcome to applyFresh Graduate also welcomeTo provide technical and service support to customers and conduct on-site and/ or off-site repairs and/or installation of equipmentHandling customers’ issues with their equipment, servicing, and maintaining conditions.To repair or adjust the equipment’s configuration depending on the need of the clientsTo ensure customer satisfaction by offering advice on preventative maintenance and setup that may affect product performanceProactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customer’s businessDelivers repaired equipment and/ or equipment from the customer’s location for repair/ troubleshootingCustomers or other field engineers may be trainedProvide an update on the status of service difficultiesAs needed, provide technical support for sales
