· Timely and accurate preparation of MEP BIM model for IFC drawings.
· Update the MEP model as per Engineers mark ups and design changes.
· Prepare Builders work drawings.
· Prepare Coordinated Model for issue to client.
· Combining all models to undertake clash detection & resolution using Revit and Navisworks.
· Prepares clash report of the Model using Navisworks.
· Assist project team with construction coordination.
· Coordinates with other trades for drawings & installation conflicts.
· Sheets production from the MEP model
· Detail, Review & Layout mechanical shop drawing (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Architectural).
· Modelling MEP services using Revit MEP software.
· Coordinates with other trades for drawings & installation conflicts.
· Extracting 3D models to 2D files.
Qualifications & Experience:
Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Revit MEP (30hrs) and Navisworks(20hrs)Preferably Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Electrical Design or Mechanical Design or be working towards certificationA degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering is an advantage.Ideally 1-2 years of experience with Revit MEP and Naviswork ManagePreferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in MEP Engineering or equivalent.Knowledge of MEP/HVAC systems is an advantage.Required skills: Revit, AECOsim, Autodesk AEC, Autocad, Navisworks ManageKnowledge of the following software is an advantage:Dynamo Studio,Naviswork Manage,Fabrication CADmep,AutoCAD,AutoCAD Plant 3D,BIM360 / AutoDesk Construction CloudIdeate software; BIMlink, Align, Sheet Manager, CloneMagiCADMicrodeskDiRootsPyRevitMEP Up/DownEnscapeUnderstanding of RIBA design process to enable the delivery of design stages and BSRIA BG6Good Coordination skills within all disciplines of MEP, team-orientedHigh standard, attention for detail indicative of 2D/3D drawingsFamiliar with MEP installation and accessibilityWilling to learn and input new ideas into the efficiency of the Team.A good understanding/usage of written and verbal English is required.Salary & Benefits
