usage
1.Fix the splice, install the heating end, place the splice on the rack, install the corresponding heating die according to the specification of the pipe, and tighten it inside the six corners. usually the small one at the front end and the big one at the back end.
2.Energizing
Turn on the power supply (pay attention to the power supply must have leakage protection), the red indicator light is on, the red indicator light goes off, the green light means that the splice enters the automatic temperature control state, and it can start operation. Note: in the automatic temperature control state, the red and green lights will be lighted alternately, which indicates that the splice is in a controlled state and does not affect the operation.
2. In the process of use, the hand and the flammable material can not touch the part of the electric melting heat block, so as to avoid accidents.
3. Non-professional products shall not be opened to prevent electric shock and damage the safety of the instrument.
4. If the red or green light does not jump for a long time, it shows that the instrument has failed. It should stop work immediately and cut off the power.

四、Common fault and elimination method
1. Red light, not heating, show the temperature value does not rise, because of the heating plate resistance wire burning cause, should replace the heating plate.
2. Open the engine green light, not heated, temperature control over damage, change the temperature controller.
3. The red and green lights are not bright. Generally, the copper wires in the power cord are broken, or the plug contacts are not good.
4. When the user is used, please pay attention to the protection of the power line, do not move the three level plug at will. because the power line does not belong to the free warranty.
