Marketing Administrator (Not a Sales Role) - Clark

Our clients are global mining companies. We're an offshore back-office mining company employee, though remotely located away from client's processing and branch of head office site(s), we contribute on a daily basis as if an "on-site" equal. Some of the responsibilities are producing invoices, shipping documents, data analysis, producing client's monthly accounting/financial reports, communicating to service providers and clients, and provide technical support to users of our system.

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Mining and metallurgical Engineering. We also accept Chemical, Electrical & Computer Engineering/IT, Mathematics, Statistics and Accounting graduates. Graduate from University of the Phils - metallurgical Engineering is a plus.

- Licensed or not 

- Excellent oral and communication skills in English.

- With or without work experience. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

- Required Skill(s): Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software applications, Good analytical and problem-solving capability, Excellent written and verbal communication, Customer-oriented, Team player and can work with less supervision

- Open to shift rotation: Day (6am-3pm), Mid (10am-7pm), Night (10pm-7pm)

- Adaptable to flexible work arrangement such as work during holidays & weekends, work from home, skeletal force, online training, physical training & work assignment in Ortigas, Pasig or Clark, Pampanga office
