Maintains and oversees a company’s grounds, buildings and equipment to ensure that a workplace is safe and functional. Their duties include negotiating contracts with service providers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations and coordinating renovations and updates.
Responsible in handling overall tasks involving:
a. Office Building & Complex Related Activities
b. Space Planning
c. Preservation of Facilities and overall Safety
d. Asset Inventory and Maintenance
e. Control Activities – Waste Management & Facility Security
f. Manage the upkeep of Building equipment, repairs and renovations;
g. Cost saving measures involving material recovery and maintenance of all Bldg and Complex assets
h. Close coordination with Safety/ Security and IT
Qualifications:
1.Graduate of BS-Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Course
2.Proven experience in Facilities Management
3.Well versed in all technical and Engineering requirements; Mechanical Engineer or related course
4.Excellent knowledge on Facilities and Best Practices
5.Knowledge in Basic Accounting
6.Excellent Verbal and Written communications
7.Analytical and must possess good leadership skills
