JOB DEscriptION:• Consult on anything regarding electrical and carpentry works.• Ocular of new sites• Prepare layout of sites and submits for approval• Checks electrical works/layout of sites to ensure safety• Conducts final ocular before opening of new sites to ensure BC standards were followed• Repair of sites (electrical, painting, carpentry works etc)• Review/recommend proposals sent by contractors (electrical,construction material prices, overall bid amount, if the amount isreasonable or overpriced)• Check photocopying reading and prepare payment• Contacts junkshop to participate in bidding for junks and validatesif bid submitted is reasonable/acceptable OTHER ASSIGNMENT• Handles additional tasks that may arise from time to time• Other assignments that may be carried out of the management relatedsupport to Corp. Services.QUALIFICATIONS:Proficient in Microsoft Teams Applications(Excel, Outlook), Computer LiterateEducational Attainment: College GraduateCourse: Preferably with a degree in CivilElectrical Engr. or any related coursesSkills Required: TESDA CertificateYear/s of Experience 1-3 yrs
