Responsibilities:Develops, evaluates, and implements equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and effective options for repairsAnalyzes historical breakdowns and formulates long term solutions to recurring problems by recommending modifications, replacement of non-durable spare parts.Upgrading technician’s technical knowledge and skills, procurement of new and additional tools and other strategies that would help in reducing the frequency of unplanned downtime and repetitive breakdownsAnalyzes causes of deviations to target and identifies specific areas to initiate improvementsDevelops and maintains good customer relationshipsIdentifies and resolves customer’s needs leaving no complaint unaddressedSeeks opportunities constantly for greater customer satisfactionConducts training to restaurant team members, managers and plant personnel on general maintenance, basic troubleshooting and proper use of equipment to avoid unnecessary breakdowns caused by misuse or abuseManages resources including financial, inventory, manpower, tools and equipmentSets plans and conducts periodic reviews of direct reports performanceTrains, coaches and develops direct reportsRequirements:Licensed Mechanical EngineersWilling to do field work, and amenable on a flexible working scheduleSensitive to project deadlinesAble to work in a fast-paced environment and can do multitaskingWilling to be assigned in our head office (Don A. Roces Avenue, Quezon City), and other designated areas
