Ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and that safety equipment is available and in good conditionSupervising the maintenance and repair of building, grounds, and equipment, including hiring contractors for major projectsCommunicating with staff members to ensure that they are aware of any issues regarding safety or securityPerforming administrative tasks such as scheduling employees, ordering supplies, and arranging for repairsMonitoring equipment and machinery to ensure that they are in good working orderMaintaining a safe and clean environment by complying with government standards.
