Introduction:Due to the TRT restructure of TRTs Global Operations and our Relocation of our Global HQ to Clark Global City in Pampanga Philippines, we are recruiting for an Executive Assistant / Property Manager to provide administrative support to our CEO for both the IT Services and Property Management Divisions of TRT. While TRT is known globally as an IT Services company, TRT also has a property division managing property investments in US, Australia, and Singapore.The successful applicant would have a proven track record in real estate OR experienced in organizing the day-to-day activities of the CEO while assisting in operational functions of TRT’s IT and Property Management Services. You will assist in administering firm policy and overseeing adherence to firm practices. We are looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience who will bring innovation and ideas that will enhance TRT and will swiftly adapt to a dynamic environment. This position is to be assigned in Clark Global City, Pampanga, PhilippinesKey Responsibilities:Executive Assistant - providing administrative supporting the CEO including but not limited.• Writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, preparing communications representing the CEO.• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate notes of meeting and records.• Performing minor accounting duties related to CEO activities.• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and minutes of meetings.• Responding, social media correspondence in a polite & professional manner.• Physically and virtually welcoming visitors for the CEO and identifying the purpose of their visit prior to the meeting.• Managing the CEO’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the confidential matters.Property Management- The ideal candidate will excel in satisfying the needs of the ownership and tenants while preserving and increasing the value of the properties. This is achieved by mmanaging the operations of the TRT properties as assigned which includes and is not limited to:• Directing leasing Agents and Maintenance providers and ensure completion and quality of service provided.• Assist in lease ups of properties. Maintain a high level of occupancy for the properties.• Ensure that all property services provider and subcontractors adhere to corporate policiesand procedures and respond to all resident requeststimely, efficient, and effectively.• Exercise common sense, good judgment, and consistency in day-to-day contact with tenants and prospective applicants.• Formulate and manage the operational and capital budget for the property, track and reporton the financial performance of the property and implement strategies for enhancing thevalue of the asset.• Recruit, hire, train, and manage the performance of the associates, and take appropriateactions to ensure achievement of performance goals• Identify new investment opportunities and as required plan, execute, review the renovation of the various properties.Prerequisites and Qualifications• Valid Passport• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite• Bachelor’s degree (Communications, marketing, business, or a related field)• Least 5 years of experience in related Property Management and/or Executive Assistant Profession• Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authority• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation and organization skills.• Ability to communication with all levels of staff, management, and senior leadership• Highly motivated to take ownership and drive initiatives with minimal direction• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams of 3 or more high performing individuals• Capacity to think strategically and innovatively• Customer service or real estate sales background preferred• Time management and ability to meet deadlines• Verbal and written communication skills• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask • Problem-solving and decision making• Proactivity and self-direction• Interpersonal skills
