Duties and Responsibilities

evaluates and processes applications for refund of Equity Value (due to voluntary termination of membership, optional and compulsory retirement, erroneous deductions and deceased members), MBIEV-MER, and other benefitsMonitors the PNP Personnel Accounting Information System (PAIS) regarding reported deaths, dismissed, suspended, recruits, lateral transferees, and retirees for reference and appropriate actionCoordinates with Fund & Investment Management Department and Billing & Collection Department with regard to alternative means of members’ payment for contributionSubmits stoppage report to AMDPrepares and issues order of paymentAnswers queries regarding policy services received from walk-in members, email, and websitePerforms tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations ManualPerforms other related functions as directed by superior
