What is the overall role?

The Procurement Assistant - Systems and Process shall be responsible in ensuring that the processes are seamless, integrated and lean. He shall be responsible in conducting process review, analysis and improvement. He shall also assist in the digitalization projects.

What are the specific responsibilities?

Streamline processes and promote timely execution via automation, and maximization of best available technology (e.g. SAP, CLOW, BIG-A).Champion the creation of policies and procedures that will ensure quality in operations and processes, systems thinking, and systems dynamics.Guard compliance to the established policies and procedures, and ensure that control points are embedded in the process to prevent or mitigate risk.Update and maintain record keeping of vendor documents and records.Assist in digitalization projects

What are the qualifications?

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (or other related courses).Familiar with Kaizen principles and lean methodologiesExcellent communication skillsOpen to fresh graduates, preferably with Latin honors
