The Facilities Assistant Manager will have a shared responsibility with the facilities Manager, for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

Duties &  Responsibilities

· Overseeing  security, parking, grounds, Plant cleanliness, canteen, building & technology· Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staffs including cleaning, building maintenance, grounds & security.· Ensuring that the basic facilities utilities are well maintained.· Managing budget and ensuring cost effectiveness.· Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health & security standards.· Overseeing building projects, renovations and or refurbishment.· Support production related activities such as installation of equipment.· Maintains inventory that is needed to support facilities activities.· Ensure safe atmosphere in facility by enforcing departmental policies & procedures and taking a pro-active approach on risk management.· Ensures building safety at all times.· Drafting Reports and making written recommendations.

Job Requirement

· Must be a registered  Civil Engineer with At least 5 yrs experience as a facilities Supervisor· Willing to relocate in Mabalacat Pampanga-
