RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises per shift operations by controlling treatment process via SCADA and directing plant operators shift activity schedule 24/7
Validate risks reported pertaining to production, treated water quality, process upset, equipment malfunction or abnormality and perform/instruct preventive and corrective action.
Report facility operation planned activities and emergency repairs to line manager and other reporting platforms.
Maintains records of chemical consumption, equipment operation, spare units and other materials used in daily operation.
Check identified gaps and propose areas for improvement.
Verifies progress of projects onsite and validate report submitted on contractors' adherence to facility protocols and agreed project methodology.
Input records of daily operational expenses
Define appropriate maintenance plan for all equipment and other system components.
Supervise facility maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure that the equipment required for operations is regularly checked for faults, that routine maintenance tasks are performed, and that repairs are scheduled and performed in the case of damage or flaws.
Conducts Daily Plant Inspection (QESH) and collates report from plant controllers
Perform safety, environment and other QMS protocols.Monitor asset condition..
