Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for the attainment of the organizational goals of Manufacturing Services Department (MSD-Facilities) in an effective and efficient manner through Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling its organizational resources.

Responsibilities:

Develop / maintain an over all facility management strategy, Implementation of Scientific Corrective Maintenance System, Constant evaluation of Facilities structures and equipment and advising Top management about health, safety and efficiency concerns and Managing Budget allocations for Facilities maintenance.Energy Management. Implementation of a Continuous Energy Saving Programs, Monitoring of Utilities consumption and tracking of Variance base on agreed Targets, and Sourcing of facility equipment utilizing renewable energy.Project Management. Ensure that all projects being implemented related to facilities will adhere to different legal, engineering and financial standards of the company. Maintaining & Managing in-house construction unit for small scale infrastructure projects.Business Continuity Management. Ensure all factory support utilities are available during natural calamities/disaster. Crisis Action Planning Committee Member.Ensures compliance to the company’s Safety Targets Program.

Qualifications:

Professional Mechanical Engineer Minimum of 5 years related experience
