The Project Coordinator performs the assigned administrative tasks for the project owner and its members for the smooth execution of the project(s). This includes, but not limited to:
Organizing/attending/participating in stakeholder meetings and engagement initiatives; docu
menting and following up on im
portant actions and decisions from meetings.Preparing necessary reports, presentation materials and briefs for meetings; providing other administrative support as needed.Undertaking project tasks as required; ensuring projects adhere to f
rameworks and all docu
mentation is maintained appropriately for each project.Ensuring that stakeholder views are managed towards the project charter/goals/plans.Scheduling meetings and distributing the agenda/minutes to all project team members.Mo
nitoring and following up on project deliverables to support the completion/submission of the same on time.Acting as the point of co
ntact between the co
ncerned executives and internal/external stakeholders.Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondences.Maintaining the Project Owner diary, coordinating meetings and appointments and providing reminders.Making travel arrangements for the Project Owner and his/her key stakeholders. Taking dictation and minutes and accurately keeping record or data.Requisitioning/maintaining/safekeeping adequate office supplies; coordinating with Procurement in obtaining other goods and services that may be required on special projectsMaintaining an efficient docu
mentation and filing system.
Associates Degree requested; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Excellent organizational skills, flexible and able to multi-task, with demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively present and execute on innovative ideas. Adept in the use of Microsoft Office Suite e.g. ppt, excel, word, outlook, etc. Models the company values and behavioral demands.
