Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:1.Performs complex operational duties in a relevant process or product area within agreed level of authority.2.Develops key stakeholder relationships and manages expectations in order to ensure the best service is delivered to customers.3.Ensures standards are met and the governance framework adhered to in order to maintain service levels.4.Provides coaching and mentoring to the team.5.Analyses MI and identifies areas of improvement in order to drive operational efficiency and continuous performance of service and to promote Aviva brand values and standards.6.May manage relationships and implement sourcing strategies of external suppliers, partners or contractors to ensure adherence to contract and regulatory compliance.7. May either: manage a team of advisers , or Act as technical expert in a process or product areaSkills and Knowledge:• Excellent understanding of UK Saving and Retirement plans• Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)• Project management• Quality management• Results driven• Foster teamwork• Giving feedbackQualification:Graduate of any course6-8 years related experienceDeep functional expertise with middle level client interactionHigh level of discretion and decision-makingExperience in people managementExperience of Insurance systemsAbility to follow accounting processes but understand variations from the processAble to articulate issues/queries to senior management - Verbally and writtenAble to articulate issues/queries to UK and local management - Verbally and writtenF&A and R&A specific professional qualifications.
