Responsibilities:
Co
nducts the daily inspection of all machinery and equipment, making sure that these are in good working condition.Schedules the maintenance and repair of all plant machinery and equipment.Assigns, supervises and e
valuates the work of the Maintenance personnel.Troubleshoots machinery and equipment problems, if necessary.Requests and follows up, if necessary, the outside/technical services and additio
nal tools needed by the Maintenance Section.Coordinates with the machine shops for the fabrication of machine parts.Reports machinery/equipment failure and the status of machinery/equipment maintenance and repair work to the Plant Manager.Prepares the plant's energy co
nsumption report (electricity, water, fuel, LPG) and submits this to Management.Plans, supervises and reports the plant improvements to Management.Acts as the Pollution Co
ntrol Officer for the manufacturing plant.Oversees the working co
ndition of the plant's wastewater treatment facility and air pollution devices.Prepares the quarterly Self-Mo
nitoring Reports, forwards these to the Main Office for signature and notarization, and then submit these to the Department of Enviro
nment and Natural Resources (DENR).Prepares and forwards to the Main Office the required docu
ments that will be submitted to the Department of Enviro
nment and Natural Resources (DENR) for permit renewal purposes.Prepares and forwards to the Main Office the required docu
ments that will be submitted to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) for permit renewal purposes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed Mechanical Engineer.At least 2 year(s) work experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.Computer literate.Above average oral and written English communication skills.Responsible, has initiative and can work well under pressureAble to multitask.Willing to be assigned in the night shift schedule.2 Full-Time position(s) available.-
