Operate and shut down process related equipment. Must be able to work independently on new process development as well as troubleshooting current production issues.Monitor and report injection molds issues, make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycles, process capability and tooling history.Develop new processes, assess and document new and existing processes. Implement and evaluate changes in existing process design to improve product quality, productivity and overall equipment efficiency.Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring that processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for all employees.Generate production report for machine trouble, improvement, environment and safety concerns.Analysis of defects and process related issues and to make necessary corrective and preventive activities.Provide technical leadership to Technicians, Operators, and OJT’s.Conduct orientation to newly hired employees regarding the process.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a Licensed Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Electrical/MechanicalWith at least 6 months to 1-year experienced employeeDetail oriented and organizedWith strong personality and communication skillsSolid understanding in MS OfficeWith experience in plastic mold injection company is an advantageWilling to work in Santa Rosa, Laguna
