JOB OBJECTIVE:
Under the direct supervision of the Department Asst. Manager, responsible for the supervision the different functions of Injection Moulding and Printing, coordinates production activities to other departments, monitors and ensures efficient implementation of Injection Moulding /Printing guidelines and procedures.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Engineering Course (BSME/EE/ECE/IE);With at least 8 years working experience in production (Injection Moulding/ Printing) and manufacturing set-up, 4 years of which in supervisory function;Knowledge in TS16949 and ISO14001;Skills in Supervisory, Organizing, Planning, Negotiation, Leadership, Problem Solving Analysis, Numerical and and excellent communication skills both in English and Filipino language.Adept in computer applications and can deal with people at all levels;Ability to prepare and analyze reports (including graph);Willing to work and assign in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna and can start immediately.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists the immediate superior on supervising the daily activities of the Section;Respo
nsible for the productivity improvement of the Injection/Moulding and Printing Section;Implements and docu
ments system within the area of responsibility;Provides countermeasures to the reported no
nconformance of the section;Respo
nsible in assessing of minor machine operatio
nal problems of the Injection/ Moulding and Printing Section;Co
nducts interviews on the candidate-applicants endorsed by the Human Resources Department; Analyzes Trends of the following on a mo
nthly basis or as required;

Determines the workload of subordinates and requests overtime work;Co
nducts counseling to erring subordinates on violation of company rules and regulations and recommends disciplinary action following the due process of law after co

nducts performance appraisal and recommends, regularization, promotion, transfers, re-classification, and salary appraisal;Determines the training requirements of subordinates and recommends their attendance to seminars and workshops in coordination with Human Resources Department;Maintains and Improves Quality System ba
