Facilities Supervisor

The Facilities Supervisor manages day-to-day facility operations, including electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, fire protection, and safety. You will be coordinating with different business units and third party contractors to help meet our facility needs and maintain our office spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and audit facility repairs and maintenance of office spaces and equipmentImplement preventive maintenance measures for facility systems and equipment, including air conditioning units and refrigeratorsIdentify time frame, costing, and other requirements for maintenance and repair worksManage a team of assistants for daily and project tasksConsolidate reports on the status of projects and facilities

Minimum Qualifications

Background in electrical works is preferredExperience leading a team is preferredBOSH certification or equivalent in safety management is a plusAt least 3 years of experience in building management
