INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT       To restore to a normal service operation s quickly as possible to minimize the impact on business operations        CHANGE REQUEST SUPPORT       To oversee change requests, assess their impact, and accept or reject changes    documentation of the change management process and change plans.        SERVICE REQUEST SUPPORT  Ensure that the service request is delivered as an agreed part of the service offering to meet the needs of the client  Ensure that he best possible levels of service quality are handled within agreed levels.
