Manages the service requests affecting mall utilities such as defective utility meters (water, electricity, LPG-malls) by assigning and monitoring service personnel who will execute the approved service request Assists in the evaluation of existing MEPF provision and new equipment related to mall renovation and expansion Assists PMG in monitoring MEPFS –related actual construction of projects up to turn-over to operations Reviews compliance of MEPF design plans to EDD Operations guidelines prior to construction Provides and update the necessary documents for renewal of permits; such as Building Annual Inspection, Permit to Operate Generator Sets, Permit to Operate Helipad, Permit to Operate Sewage Treatment Plant and Sanitary/Plumbing Permit, and all other similar documents including Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) permits Participates in meetings and activities related to mall renovation, expansion and MEPF Participates in Tenant Safety Audits in accordance with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems
