nducts Learning Session for Supervisors.Supervises the implementation of Labor Management Council (LMC) programs and activities.Approves unscheduled leave applications as First Level Approver and co
nduct counseling if necessary.Supervises the activities pertaining to employee welfare/assistance – home visits to employees on prolo
nged sick leave or bereaved family members of the employees.Co
nducts orientation of new employees on the Company policies and ensures co
ntinuous orientation and reorientation of such policies and procedures.Aids in formulation of policies related to employee relations.Assists in the Labor Management Meetings. Assists in Sectoral Meetings.Assists in handling Disciplinary Action Cases.
Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.Thorough understanding of state and natio
nal laws co
ncerning labor relations.Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.Ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in co
ntroversial and/or co
nfrontational situations.Bachelors degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources or related field required.Proven experience as HR SupervisorWilling to be assigned at Santa Rosa Laguna
