Bachelor’s Degree any courseMust have at least 3 years’ experience as Admin Support or Assistant from a Co

Job Duties:
Office Management
Respond to all general inquiries and/or direct the queries to appropriate managers or staffCoordinate with appropriate department (e.g. Accounts, HR, project personnel) matters involving settling of payment for utilities, building maintenance dues, staff and/or office equipment transfer.Maintain cleanliness of the reception area; Ensure the reading materials (i.e. newspapers, magazines and company brochures etc.) are up-to-date and displayed in a neat and orderly mannerGreet visitors pleasantly, offer water/beverages and guide/direct them within and around the office premisesArrange for meeting with intended employee as soon as possibleCoordinate with building management office regarding building maintenance, rental and other related communication required by the building owner.Maintain sufficient stock of office supplies required for the operation
Call & Conference Management:
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messagesAnswer all incoming calls with the LAIO greetingFilter calls and independently take decisions ba
sed on the caller and agendaArrange co

nferencing and co
nference calls in a timely manner
Record-keeping & document Management:
