Duties and Responsibilities:Participate in NPI review (die-casting, machining);Analyze drawing requirements, clarify functional dimensions, together with QA, production and other departments to evaluate check sheet items, inspection methods, and inspection instrumentsevaluate the DFM, mold flow analysis report from supplier and report it to the R&D departmentSupervise the testing process, participate in the analysis of parameters, compare, analyze Zama sample and supplier sample, to find the best parametersAnalysis, evaluation of measurement report, assembly testing and parts evaluation and validationProvide mold qualification notice, mold documents to department, and provide technical support during productionevaluate equipment requirements, lead equipment acceptanceSupport on CRP proposalsLine installation and release, capability study, Run Rate, Ram-up, ensure the new product safe launch.Process documents preparation: Flow Chart, PFMEA, Special Characteristics, Error Proofing list, Layout and WI( Work Instruction).Put together teams necessary to support each project. Complete all documentation associated with any changes and ensure that all vested departments are informed, trained, and agreed with changes.Proactive review of process control data to determine potential risks on the process and product. Required Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineeringGreen belt certification mandatory with good statistical knowledge>10 years manufacturing engineering experience in international company. Working abroad for some years is a plusFamiliar with die casting and machiningMechanical drawing knowledgeSolid expertise in process developmentAbility to communicate results and issues through all levels of the organization.Ability to manage work with limited direction.Committed to agreed dates and targetsSolid experience and proven skills in new product introduction process.Familiar with ISO9001, Six Sigma, 8D, PPAP, Lean production.Excellent communication skillsFamiliar in office softwareFluent in both spoken and written English.
