Responsible for the maintenance, inspection and repair of the inside, outside and exterior area around the building.Utilize a variety of trade skills such as: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.Performs tasks associated with the facilitiesConducts equipment / facilities monitoring such as UPS, Air conditioning Equipment, Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Pressure Vessel, Compressor.Troubleshoots electrical control circuit and lighting circuit.Handle carpentry related issues, doors, windows, furniture, piping etc.Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of the machines in the factory.Participate in all essential operations functions for occupational health and safety, environmental controls and janitorial disciplinesPerform other related duties from time to time.

Skills Needed:

Broad experience in repair, maintenance and installation. Knows how to do welding and carpentries. With electrical knowledge is an advantage.
