Manage production line and capacity design and improvements.Routing time and manpower design. You must establish the best sequence of operations so that the manufacture of the finished item is performed at the lowest cost and the fastest time.Resource and Work Center design – ERP.Review Work instructions and initiate workers’ training.Develop and improve processes for productivity, cost down, and quality.Recommend cost-saving measures.Machine, Jig, Fixture design, and selection.Performs other tasks assigned by superior from time to time. 

Qualification

Graduate of Industrial Engineering course.At least 2 years of relevant working experience as an Industrial Engineer.Background in HVAC, sheet metal, and fabrication is an advantage.Competent in MS Office software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).Good team player with good communication skills.
