OVERALL ROLE
To carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works to building plant, equipment and systems in accordance with agreed service levels, and respond to site engineering emergencies.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations and Maintenance
Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and service level agreements
Respond to Building Management System alarms and effect emergency repairs as requiredTo undertake procedures, regular checks and routine inspections in co
njunction with the engineering teamAssist and enhance service delivery through best practice and effective use of site systems and equipmentCarry out risk assessments for engineering, maintenance and repair activitiesPerform tasks as deemed necessary by the Shift EngineerEnsure that engineering subco
ntractors are appropriately supervised, and comply with co
ntractual commitments and site operating processesEnsure the provision of a safe and healthy working enviro
nment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangementsTo maintain and review stock levels, spares requirements through audit and timely ordering of partsEnsure completion of service reports and CFIMS work orders so all data can be entered to the CFIMS systemTo inform and escalate if any situation dictates either the failure or possible failure of any Business-Critical plant or equipmentEnsure all critical alarms are respo
