JOB DEscriptION:

Manage sourcing and marketing for non-agent hiringsTrack recruitment initiatives and output against required numbers.Manage records management activities.Ensure accuracy of information in databases for processed applications and other internal recruitment reports.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a Bachelor's Degree holderAt least 5 years of recruitment exp. with 2-3 years of leadership background.Amenable to inter-site work setupAmenable to a mid shift schedule
