Overview:Assist customers with requests for repair/maintenance servicesAssist the Service Manager in the operations of the service centerReport to Service ManagerDuties and Responsibilities:Contribute to department profitabilityWrite up work order or job ordersMaintain accurate recordsSupport promotional activitiesComply with safety and environmental programs and practicesEstimate cost and completion timeCommunicate with customer about work statusdocument repair orderReview service repairs and charges to ensure accuracyMaintain communication with technician staff regarding job status changesPromote cooperation and teamwork among technicians and support staffExplain the need for additional or unanticipated services and associated costs to customer’sAct quickly to implement plans: organize work efficiently; follow up to ensure successful implementationIdentify and support opportunities for methods/process improvementMaintain and update customer records and filesUses computer system to look up customer’s service history: schedule appointments: enter repair order information, and manage informationCoordinate with JMC in the resolution of concerns to make sure all customer issues are served effectivelyJob Qualifications:Must be a College Graduatewith Professional Driver's License RC. 1,2 and 3
