BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Technical Vocational/Bachelor's/College Degree
Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
5-10 years of working experience in manufacturing set-up
1-3 years crimping or wire harness industry experience is an advantage.
Job Description
· Supervise machine setup, conversion and troubleshooting of minor and major downtime.
· Oversee setup and installation of machines and equipment.
· Ability to evaluate the performance before endorsement to production.
· Oversee inspection and carry out preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance.
· Manage and inventory of equipment, conduct surveys, generate maintenance and preventive maintenance procedures and immediately responds to request for repairs.
· Performed additional duties and responsibilities as requested of my superior.
· Inform superior on critical issues and possible highlights immediately.
· Manage spare parts inventory and prepare purchase request order for replacement and new stock per SSL.
· Ensure all documents and records are ready for any audit at all times.
· Able to generate and summarize equipment and maintenance report.
· Propose and implement ideas or activities in order to reduce the problems like: scrap, repair, handling, etc.
· Receiving of incoming items from warehouse, endorsement of equipment and tools to warehouse until unpacking and double checking of items upon receiving to vendors.
· Can work alone with or without any supervision of my superior.
· Ability to handle cross functional team coordination to production, quality assurance and support group regarding product/process related problems and disposition.
· Supervise and manage equipment utilization, uptime and OEE (MTBF, MTTR etc.).
