The Maintenance Technician supports the Maintenance Engineer in the implementation of the maintenance program of Lima Water specifically Water Assets in order to ensure that LWC assets are always in good working order, thus contributing to operational efficiency.
The function involves the implementation of the preventive maintenance program and the execution of reactive works as needed, as well as provide timely and adequate response to incidents involving the company’s assets such as breakages, electricity interruption, etc. Additionally, the maintenance associate is expected to contribute to the continuing development of LWC’s maintenance standards and processes in support of attaining the company’s operational and financial objectives.

nduct preventive, corrective, routine and emergency maintenance job assigned equipment, building and facilities.Co
nducts daily mo
nitoring and inspection of equipment and facilities and reports any unusual co
ndition to superior.Ensure that all maintenance inspection and operations checklist are being updated, with complete and legible data.Maintain equipment reliability and must ensure timely restoration of assigned equipment.Perform maintenance work request and projects related to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and painting works.Prepare and submit Daily Maintenance Report on activities co
nducted as well as troubles and incidents encountered in each LWC area.Practice and observe 5'S and Safety regulations at all times.Recommends and initiate improvements activities in his area.Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures.Performs other related duties or projects as may be assigned.
Education: Graduate of Vocational Course Major in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Technology
Work Experience: 3-5 years work experience in related industry would be given preference
License / Certification and Training Requirement: Electromech and PLC training certificate is an advantage
