Machine/Equipment Maintenance and Repair

Maintain and execute the Preventive Maintenance (PM)/Time-based Maintenance (TBM) and Predictive (PdM) or Conditioned-based Maintenance (CBM) Program of the company. Update the PMs and PdMs logs of all equipment/machinery in the facility.Manage and schedule work orders for Emergency or Corrective Maintenance (CM) or Breakdown Maintenance. Plan, schedule, and coorcoordinate and PdM activities by task and priority level. Interface with Maintenance and Production Management to ensure effective work prioritizing and scheduling.Set up, implement, and maintain an accurate and updated Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to properly monitor all work including the follow-up and other activities related to PM.Train employees on how to use the CMMSCoordinate plant-wide shutdowns and annual maintenance of critical equipment to attain all essential schedules.Develop manuals for technicians and mechanics

Material Management and Vendor/Supplier/Service Provider Coordination

Keep track of supply and material inventories and ensure appropriate inventory levels in the maintenance department, and implement inventory controls for the CMMS system.Provide support in maintenance purchasing activities (for equipment, parts, and materials) as necessary such as sourcing out and recommending the best and most economical suppliers in New Zealand and other countries.Ensure basic tools are in working order by overseeing and coordinating regular inspections.Find relevant vendors and service providers, when needed.Track all maintenance spending document all maintenance-related expenses and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual expense reports.Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).Generates accurate needed inventory and maintenance reports. Track and report on the following maintenance metrics: Maintenance Backlog, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), PM Compliance, Planned Maintenance Percentage, Unscheduled Downtime, Maintenance Cost

Job Requirements:

-At least 3 years of related work experience as Maintenance Planner & Coordination in a food manufacturing company

-Excellent English communication skills both oral and in writing

-With a high sense of responsibility and coordination skills
