Qualification:

1. Minimum of 3 years experience as Precast Detailer 

2. Must be an Intermediate to Expert in any related Software

3. Good attention to detail 

4. Sound Analytical Skills 5. Understanding and ability to read and interpret Construction Drawings 

6.  Graduate of Bachelor in Science Major in Civil Engineering 

Job Description :

1. Prepare Precast Concrete Layout, and Elevation based on Client Arch/Engineer Drawings 

2. Raise RFI's for missing information/discrepancies in the Client drawings

3. Prepare Connection Details drawings as per ENG Drawings with Steel Work and other service drawings and Company Standard

4. Coordinate Precast Drawings with Steel Work and another service drawing ( MECH, Hydraulic)

5. Prepare precast shop drawings

6. Quantity take-off Model in Revit

7. Communicate /coordinate with Drafting Manager

8. Check precast drawings with project input ( Drawing, Specification, Marked up)
