The Operations Specialist is responsible to implement and monitor the systems that measure and optimize the delivery of Spiralytics’ services, as well as all supporting functions (IT, HR, Finance). Spiralytics has doubled in size in the past 9 months, and now we are focusing heavily on the infrastructure that will allow us to double again in the next 9 months, all while delivering high quality performance marketing services to our clients. You are likely an Industrial Engineer, or perhaps trained in Organizational Behavior and Strategy. You are extremely detail oriented, and love to design and track simple metrics that drive the right behavior.

ResponsibilitiesPerformance Measurement and ImprovementFor each group in the company, work with our team leads to establish simple yet accountable performance metrics to understand the performance of the group, and the teams underneath.Cadence definition: Determine which metrics should be tracked hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterlyAutomation: Define and implement projects with our IT and Team Leads to automate collection, analysis, and reporting of performance metricsSet monthly, quarterly, and “entitlement” targets for all metrics trackedContinuous Improvement: Work with team leads to identify process improvements that will move the group closer to “entitlement” targets. Clearly associate metrics improvement to process improvement.Escalation: Design triggers to identify when process issues should be escalatedProcess ImprovementsLearn, analyze and propose improvements to company processesClearly draw and map out as-is and to-be processesPrioritize improvement projects by cost and calculated impact / ROIAreas of Focus (No company process is out of scope)Production: Delivery of Performance Marketing ServicesSoftware DevelopmentFinanceHRLegalRequirementsCandidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or an equivalent field.0 to 8 years experience. Compensation commensurate with experience.You live and breathe Microsoft Excel. Bonus points for BI Tools & Statistical Analysis.Above average written and verbal English communication skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-pacer.Honest – Trustworthy – Strode environment and willing to perform various tasksStrong work ethic. Self Starting integrity.Amazing to have: Experience in a company that grew at least 5x while you were there, and you helped identify and fix broken processes along the wayAmazing to have: Experience implementing, or even just having read any of the following books: E-Myth, Traction, Clockwork, Scaling Up, Scaling Up ExcellenceWe are temporarily working-from-home. once it is safe for employees to return to an office, we will implement a hybrid schedule where employees will have the flexibility to work from home or the office. Ideally you are located in Manila, but we encourage anyone truly exceptional to apply.Willing to provide references if qualified
