Job Responsibilities:Support the Senior Expediting Coordinator in the overall management of Purchase Orders assigned to them to ensure achievement of progress milestones and timely deliveries. Establish Vendor Management PlanParticipate in or chair Kick-Off meetings, Vendor and Project Coordination Meetings, and Progress Review Meetings with the vendor and the project execution teamReview and finalize with a vendor the overall schedule of the ordered equipment/materialsMonitor the progress of the design, manufacturing, inspection, and completion stage of the ordered equipment/materialCoordinate for timely action of vendor and each project member to support the engineering, procurement, and manufacturing milestones of the ordered equipment/materialReview and analyze vendor’s progress reports and distribute to project members for information and necessary actionsIdentify potential problems, provide an assessment of possible impacts and initiate discussion for mitigation plansArrange visits to vendor’s shop for verification of vendor’s progress or address critical concern points of the scheduleProvide reports (oral and/or written) to the project team and management (Project, Department, Client) with regards to the overall progress of the ordered equipment/materialQualifications:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil) or any other engineering coursesAt least 1~3 years’ experience in project coordination, project engineering, or procurement-related fieldMust be residing near Muntinlupa or willing to relocateMust be willing to travel (local or overseas) for shop visits if required
