ntractor assesses properly labor requirements and dispatch workers efficiently to work areas and enforces the need for extra resources and/or alternative work processes required to maintain performance.Ensure that the Co

Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in either Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, (preferred but not required is, Master of Science in Business Administration and or exposure to Industrial Engineering) with at least 8 to 10 years of experience.Strong background in facilities engineering, construction, and installations, and exposure to manufacturing processes. This will include operating knowledge of electrical, mechanical, civil, structural, and architectural processes/tools for new building co
nstruction as well as a thorough knowledge of all applicable OSHA, Safety, and building codesHas working knowledge of methods, materials, techniques, and costs applicable to the construction, installation, and building maintenance.Effective communication (verbal & written) skills coupled with information management abilities. General knowledge of computers such as word processing and spreadsheet applications.Effective organizational, time management, as well as prioritizing skills. Has the ability to manage diverse groups of co
