QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Relevant four (4) years Communication, Environment or Social Sciences degree.Work Experience:At least 3-5 years experience in ESG and sustainability monitoring, evaluation, reporting and best practices, strong technical and communication skills.Work Summary:The Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) Officer/Manager provides full support to company's group senior management in integrating, monitoring, evaluating and reporting ESG issues into corporate responsibility and ownership practices, that are aligned with the company's group strategic plan & business objectives and best practices.Responsibilities:1. Ensure that the Company's ESG policy are implemented by the operating units.2. Responsible for the establishement of reporting mechanism or system to consolidate and integrate reports from the Mine and Powerplant sites relevant to the Environmental Stewardship (i.e. climate action, nature conservation, waste management, mine rehabilitation and reforestation and emergency preparedness) and Social Development programs and initiaitve of the Group of Companies.3. Review Sustainable Initiatives of the Company together with the Social Development Office and Management.4. Review and analyze ESG data or information and compare performance againts international standards, industry performance, and relate them to relevant economic indicators.5. Responsible for reporting on ESG issues of the Company and compliance6. Responsible to communicate with the stakeholders on ESG related matters in collaboration with IEC Officer, Sustainability Development Officer (SDO), Public Relation Officerand Investment Relations Officer.7. Report non-financial KPI to Top Management and the board on quarterly basis.
